Welcome to the new You.InControl site

This is the first post on our new site, built on Astro and written in plain markdown. Easy for us to maintain, easy for AI to help with, and fast for you to read.

What’s changing

The old site got us this far. It will get a friendly retirement. From here on, every page lives as a markdown file in a Git repo — meaning new applications, deep-dives, comparisons and product updates can ship the same week we think of them, not the same quarter.

What’s coming

• A library of real-world applications — farm gates, off-grid cabins, warehouse lighting, irrigation
• Comparisons — wireless control vs WiFi smart homes vs wired premium vs Bluetooth mesh
• Deep dives — why local-first, why no cloud, why 1km range matters
• How-to guides — from “I just got my Starter Kit” through to “I want to automate the back paddock”
